Project: Coleslaw

I never liked cooking. Maybe it's because I was born to a family where the kitchen was definitely not my turf. It belonged to everyone else-my grandmother, my mother, my brother, my sisters-except me. My family are great connoisseurs in their own right. Because of that, fortunately or unfortunately, I knew about good food but never had the real chance to cook up something myself. I guess I was sheltered. Or plain lazy. Or gutless. Or all of the above. Besides, I couldn't stand standing next to the stove. It was much too hot for me. Then for no special reason, I dared to try doing something just recently. Plans for 2012

I would want to keep a 'functional' savings account this year, and not one that the bank is debiting monthly for falling below the average daily balance. Doing my math now, I lost around Php3600 in bank service fees throughout 2011. To my dear bank, you won't get me this time! I HOPE!! Lose my muffin top. This is going to be tough! Alongside my growing appetite, the bulge on my tummy has also ballooned. Literally. It's really awful, my son agrees. TT Hello to sit-ups then....
